Ribbons For Typewriters by TB Writers Plus does not offer refunds or returns for incorrect items ordered. Please be sure that the product you are purchasing is the appropriate product for your typewriter, if you aren't sure please reach out to us and we will be happy to assist you in making your selection. If your order is damaged in shipping please contact us immediately so that we can file a case with the shipping company and get you a replacement. Photos may be required for refunds/replacements due to shipping damages.
